- General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller, a company registered in Lithuania, when purchasing products online. - Contract Formation
The contract is considered valid when the Buyer creates the shopping cart, selects shipping and payment options, confirms the order, and accepts these terms and conditions.
The contract remains in effect until all obligations have been fulfilled. - Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
Buyers must provide accurate information and update it if it changes.
Buyers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days (EU consumers).
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of a product defect.
Buyers must notify the Seller of any issues within 15 days; the Seller will respond within 14 days. - Seller’s Rights and Obligations
Sellers must deliver products as agreed and offer a replacement, price adjustment, or refund if the product is defective or unavailable. You may have your access to the store suspended if there is misuse.
We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse of the product or for links to third-party websites. - Product Delivery
For shipments within Lithuania, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on availability and schedule.
For shipments within the European Union, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on availability and schedule.
The Buyer must inspect the shipment upon receipt and report any damage. - Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days, in original packaging and with proof of purchase.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 days of receiving the product or proof of shipment.
Used or customized products are not returnable. - Liability
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of their information.
The parties are liable under Lithuanian law for breaches of contract.
The party responsible for damages will indemnify the other for any losses suffered. - Sending Information
The Seller sends notifications to the Buyer’s email address.
The Buyer contacts the Seller using the information in the «Contact» section.
- Final Provisions
Disagreements will first be resolved through negotiation; if this is not possible, the laws of the Republic of Lithuania will apply.
