Processing and Shipping
Distribution Centers: We have workshops and warehouses in Peru, Lithuania, Italy, and Spain, allowing us to select the closest point of origin to reduce shipping times and costs.
Preparation Times: Each instrument undergoes a final quality control before being packaged. The standard preparation time is 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping
Many of our catalog instruments (native flutes, quenas, whistles, and small accessories) already include the basic international shipping cost within the unit price.
These shipments are made from the distribution center closest to the customer, optimizing delivery times.
Additional Costs
In some specific cases, additional costs apply:
Custom or personalized instruments: Due to manufacturing time, special dimensions, or unique materials, packaging and shipping require special handling.
Large instruments (e.g. drums, didgeridoos, long or multi-piece flutes).
