kHAMUY

My History

Life taught me that music and psychology are not separate paths, but rivers that flow into the same source:

The human soul

As a psychologist specializing in Bioneuroemotion,
I discovered the hidden resonances of the mind; as a musician and composer, I found in sound the voice of the invisible

From my father, I inherited the art of woodworking, and in my hands, that inheritance was transformed into instruments that connect cultures, emotions, and souls.

Today, I am a luthier of native instruments, a traveler of melodies that remind me that the wind is an extension of the soul

Each breath not only creates music,
it opens a bridge between the self and the eternal.

The Story of kHAMUY

kHAMUY was born in the heart of Peru, inspired by the ancestral energy of the Andes and the Quechua word «hamuy,» which means «to return» or «to come back.»

Since its origins, kHAMUY has sought to unite the ancestral with the contemporary, sharing the essence of Andean art, music, and wisdom with the world through authentic and conscious designs.

In the Andean worldview, «hamuy» expresses the act of reconnecting with who we are, with the land that gave us life, and with the energy that flows between all beings.

Our mission is to preserve our ancestral heritage and share the message of harmony, respect, balance with the world, reunion, memory, and transformation.

A round trip toward the sacred and the human.

Our Presence in the World

Currently, our workshop is located in Lithuania, the heart of Eastern Europe, which allows us to be close to new musical cultures and expand our vision globally.

To ensure proximity and accessibility to our customers, we have warehouses in Italy, Spain, and France, from where we distribute our instruments quickly and responsibly.

Our presence in South America and Europe reflects the brand’s spirit: uniting continents through sound art, connecting ancestral roots with new horizons.

Each instrument created is a testament to that bridge between worlds, where the wind transforms into soul regardless of borders.

«Music is the innate language of the soul.»
